Lee Soo-geun "I feel like stabbing my neck with an awl"
Broadcaster Lee Soo-geun confessed to his recent anxiety symptoms.

On KBS Joy's entertainment program 'Ask Anything', which aired on the 30th, a client who complained of suffering from obsessive bowel movements appeared.

On this day, the client shared his concerns, saying, "I keep feeling like I want to go to the bathroom. But when I go to the bathroom, nothing comes out. But I think about that all day long."

The client said he had no traumatic experiences in childhood. He said, "I had no choice but to quit because the company became difficult due to COVID-19. I thought I could do well as a freelancer, but many things I had planned were canceled. As I got older, I think I started to feel too anxious."

Lee Soo-geun, who heard this, said, "It disappeared, but recently it came back. In the past, I couldn't sleep lying down. I slept straight up or on my stomach. I couldn't expose my neck. I couldn't tilt my head back."

He sympathized, saying, "If I tilted my head back, it felt like someone was going to stab me in the neck with an awl or something. Even though there was no such opportunity, I fell asleep holding my neck or wrapping myself in it . But recently, I felt it again while I was sleeping in the waiting room."

Seo Jang-hoon responded to the client's concerns by saying, "What you're worried about is not fear of being rude. If you happen to get cold sweat on the subway or something like that, and you wear adult diapers to prepare for those times, you will feel at ease knowing that they will protect you even in the worst case." “He advised.
