'Legacy' Su-bin Jeong was a victim of sexual assault

In the 11th episode of the SBS Monday-Tuesday drama 'Trolley', which aired on the 30th, while the conflict between Kim Hye-joo (played by Kim Hyun-joo) and Nam Jung-do (played by Park Hee-soon) deepened, the shocking fact was revealed that Nam Ji-hoon (played by Jeong Taek-hyeon), the deceased son, had sexually assaulted her during his lifetime. We have entered a different phase. Nam Jung-do announced a press conference in a phone call with Kim Hye-joo, and a past scene in which Kim Soo-bin (played by Jeong Soo-bin), who appeared in a different appearance than before, confessed to being a victim of sexual assault was also revealed, amplifying curiosity about the entire incident.
Kim Hye-joo decided to reveal what happened 20 years ago for Nam Jung-do, but she still wasn't at peace enough to suffer from nightmares. When Kim Hye-joo found out through Nam Jung-do's aides, whom she happened to meet, that he had already been preparing to reveal his opinion before confirming it, Kim Hye-joo felt an inexplicable sense of betrayal and disappointment. Nam Jung-do immediately admitted this and said that he was only taking a 'preemptive response' before the mother and daughter of Rep. Kang Soon-hong (played by Jang Gwang), Jin Seung-hee (played by Ryu Hyun-kyung), and Yu-shin Lee (played by Gil Hae-yeon) exposed it first.
Choi Ki-young (Ki Tae-young) visited Seoul again to meet Kim Hye-joo. Although it was late, he expressed his regret for asking Jin Seung-hee to apologize earlier. He also honestly confessed that the reason he wanted to give Nam Jung-do information about Kang Soon-hong's land speculation was because he wanted Jin Seung-hee to face Lee Yu-shin's true face. Forgetting the unpleasant events of the past, the two shared memories of their school days in a comfortable atmosphere. But just then, Lee Yu-shin, who found out that Nam Jung-do's wife Kim Hye-joo was 'Kim Jae-eun', appeared. Lee Yu-shin, who thought that his son-in-law Choi Ki-young had stabbed him in the head by sticking with Kim Hye-joo, got into a car accident on his way home.
Seeing his mother-in-law Lee Yu-shin lying unconscious, Choi Ki-young found it difficult to immediately give Nam Jung-do the evidence he had promised. After receiving the call, Nam Jung-do and Jang Woo-jae (played by Kim Moo-yeol) became anxious. This was because they attempted to crack down on Rep. Kang Soon-hong ahead of the bill's proposal. In response, Nam Jung-do drew out his final card. After explaining the whole story to Kim Hye-joo, he suggested that she appear on TV. As she was pushing for a revision of the criminal law for victims of sexual crimes, Kim Hye-joo persistently persuaded her that she was a sincere party who could change people's minds.
Kim Hye-joo could no longer endure the unreasonable request to not only disclose her past history but also appear on TV herself. Kim Hye-joo, whose trust in Namjung-do has already been broken once, expressed her doubts by saying, “You didn’t already decide on this and notified me, right?”, but also said, “Give me some time to think about it. But please understand even if I don’t do it.” The conflict between the two seemed to have come to an end, but another storm-like crisis was brewing. At the end of the broadcast, Kim Hye-joo received a call from Nam Jung-do, and sudden news was delivered that she would be holding a press conference about the sexual assault committed by Nam Ji-hoon, her dead son.
Kim Soo-bin's actions on this day also attracted attention. He was hurt when Heo Jeong-dae (played by Kim Gyun-ha), whom he met to get his cell phone back, told him that Kim Hye-joo seemed to not want to get involved with him again. He then said to Heo Jeong-dae, “Let’s break up,” but the sight of him running away in fear gave an idea of the relationship between the two. Above all, Kim Soo-bin's cool face as he left the National Assembly building, followed by his careful confession that "I was sexually assaulted" at the obstetrics and gynecology clinic he visited a few months ago, provided another shock.
Episode 12 of ‘Trolley’ will be aired today (31st) at 10 PM.
