'Palm oil' Jeon Hyun-moo, shocking visual of being buried in mud for detox

MBC's entertainment show 'I Live Alone', which will air on the 3rd, depicts the story of Jeon Hyun-moo, who went on a detox trip to Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do.
Jeon Hyun-moo has been telling Palm Oil's younger siblings, Park Na-rae and Lee Jang-woo, that they need to consume healthy palm oil in order to eat more of their favorite foods. Jeon Hyun-moo, a palm oil leader, goes on a detox trip to a sauna in the forest in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do, with 'Muca' in tow, saying, "You can eat delicious food only when you remove toxins."
Jeon Hyun-moo gradually falls in love with the unique charm of a sauna in the forest, which is not commonly seen around him. The quiet Hanok atmosphere was optional, as several courses were prepared, starting with the first course, pine needle steaming, for detox. First, Jeon Hyun-moo enters the pine needle sauna and endures the stinging pain to remove toxins. Next, they will head to the mineral sauna to overcome the heat and grab everyone's attention by doing super detox exercises and sweating profusely.

Jeon Hyun-moo next enters the enzyme sauna with mud visuals, which is the highlight of the forest sauna. Jeon Hyun-moo says it smells like “grandma’s soybean paste soup,” and he thinks of food even when he is covered in mud with only his face exposed.
He then took the advice of a friend from a nearby sauna and began headbanging vigorously in the mud, eventually hitting his head. Jeon Hyun-moo, who became a miserable visual by rolling around in the mud, is curious as to why he is so sincere about using mud baths.
Jeon Hyun-moo's detox trip in the forest can be seen through 'I Live Alone', which airs at 11:10 pm on this day.
