Manager Park Seo-joon has a reason for his rapid promotion and plans a new menu.

The 3rd episode of tvN's 'Seojin's (directed by Na Young-seok and Jang Eun-jeong)', which aired on the 10th, launched a combo menu and a new menu where you can taste various foods, hunting down the tastes of customers. In particular, it was impressive to see the employees becoming accustomed to their respective tasks and working together.
On this day's broadcast, the second day of business, which was full of chaos due to the influx of customers, came to an end. 'Seojin's', which recorded sales that were about three times more than the first day, prepared the ingredients to be used the next day and then returned to their lodgings to plan to launch a new menu.
At the suggestion of Manager Park Seo-jun, two Genie combos were created where you can enjoy half a line of kimbap and ramen, and half a line of kimbap and tteokbokki. Here, CEO Seojin Lee added seasoned chicken as a hidden card to celebrate the weekend, adding to expectations for increased sales.
When the morning of the third day of business arrived, directors Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo-joon, and V went to work at the store and prepared for business. While Lee Seo-jin and Choi Woo-sik, who went to the market to purchase ingredients, stamped their attendance, Choi Woo-sik found V struggling while putting ssamjang mayo in a sauce container with a narrow mouth. Choi Woo-sik put ssamjang mayo in a zipper bag and transferred it to a container, proving the class of an experienced person and making V nervous.
Also, at the time when the first open run customer appeared, Choi Woo-sik and V, the seasoned chicken interns who were in charge of the seasoned chicken, started drafting the chicken. Choi Woo-sik, who was nervous about the news of the open run customer reaching the kitchen, increased the frying speed, but ended up in a crisis as the chicken stuck to the bottom of the frying pan.
After business began, the first customer ordered Original Ramen and Genie Combo No. 1 and asked if the ramen included in the combo could be changed to Cheese Ramen. Lee Seo-jin tactfully changed it to Cheese Ramen according to the customer's request and added a special order on the order form. I wrote it down and delivered it to the kitchen.
In a situation where the second customer ordered tteokbokki, hot dog, and seasoned chicken and had to make 5 menus, Park Seo-joon efficiently divided the work by ordering V to make seasoned chicken and Choi Woo-sik to make tteokbokki. Park Seo-joon showed the virtues of a superior by giving friendly encouragement and a strong presence to MZ interns V and Chi Woo-sik.
Choi Woo-sik worked as a server and V worked as a dishwasher, while Park Seo-joon easily prepared various menu items and Jung Yu-mi also showed off her skills as a kimbap king, so there was no problem with the operation despite being busy.
In addition, Seojin Lee had a break in the continuous line of customers with the philosophy of welfare-first-after-profit management. As soon as it reopened after preparing for employee meals and evening business, it quickly became crowded with family customers who had come during break time and even the cafe owner who had promised to visit.
