Lee Yeon-bok's Magic 'It's a Good Thing We Don't Fight'

In the 115th episode of MBC's entertainment show 'It's a Good Thing We Don't Fight' (hereinafter referred to as 'Good thing I Know'), which aired on the 20th, the three chefs Lee Yeon-bok, Raymon Kim, and Jeong Ho-young, along with brothers Heo Jae and Kim Byeong-hyun, held 'My Hands' (I will hold you with my own hands). With the second story depicted, it recorded a viewership rating of 6.5% (provided by Nielsen Korea, nationwide), firmly maintaining its position as the No. 1 Monday entertainment program in its same time slot for 48 consecutive weeks.
On this day, the three chefs prepared a hearty meal from morning. First, Japanese chef Hoyoung Jeong's Japanese steamed egg coated the stomachs of the chefs and the brothers with a sweet and moist taste like pudding. Next, Rayman Kim's tomato-flavored egg vegetable soup without tomatoes and Chinese food master Lee Yeon-bok's Chinese-style green onion pancakes, Chongyubing, came together beautifully to provide an enchanting taste. In particular, Lee Yeon-bok's green onion pancakes, made with only flour, green onions, salt, and sesame oil, were easy and simple to cook, stimulating viewers' desire to follow along.
Heo Jae and Kim Byeong-hyun, who became energized after eating the chefs' food, airlifted the ingredients with a different skill than before, when they were called 'hogs'. The two had fun ordering the dishes they wanted to eat every time they caught seafood such as crabs and sea cucumbers. The chefs also worked hard to prepare dishes with fresh ingredients, but the results were not enough to satisfy their cooking desires. Even the fish traps they had trusted showed poor results, putting everyone into worry.
Heo Jae, who wanted to eat a wider variety of dishes as it was his last meal, thought of special measures. They decided to kill chickens that were allowed to be eaten by natural people. When none of the chefs said that they could prepare the chicken, Heo Jae decided to take the chicken off the island and prepare it himself.
Accordingly, Hoyoung Jeong made Tendon, which is made by frying a variety of ingredients including Bedorachi caught in a crab trap and placed on top of rice, Raymon Kim made a stew made with crab and chicken broth, and boiled clams and potatoes, and Yeonbok Lee made Chinese food called Yuringi and Jangbo using chicken. I created an account. Among them, Jangbo Gyejeong was originally a dish using chunjang, but Lee Yeon-bok stir-fried soybean paste even in an environment without chunjang and brought out the taste, causing everyone's admiration.
It was a luxurious dinner filled with nothing but compliments and laughter. Raymon Kim said, “Why is the title ‘Thank goodness we don’t fight’? He also expressed doubt about the title, saying, “No one is fighting?” Meanwhile, the scene where Jeong Ho-young admires the fried stone seaweed of Tendon that he made himself had the viewership rating soaring to 8.1% (provided by Nielsen Korea, based on households in the metropolitan area), taking the best minute.
The trailer released at the end of the broadcast attracted attention by showing Boom, who had only learned about the island in the studio until now, finally going to the island. Ahn Jung-hwan said, “We decided on an island for the boom. “It’s a spectacular and fantastic comprehensive gift set island,” he said, adding to his curiosity. The sight of Boom giving his all and going through all the hardships for his first ‘Hold My Hands’ on the island raised expectations. Boom's first island life with Young Tak and Song Jin-woo will be broadcast at 9 PM on March 27.
