Producer Bae Jeong-hoon from ‘Gual’ moved to OTT
Producer Bae Jeong-hoon of 'National Investigation Headquarters' revealed the reason for collaborating with OTT.

On the 22nd, an interview was conducted with PD Bae Jeong-hoon, who directed Wave's original 'National Investigation Headquarters', at an office located in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

On this day, PD Bae said, "Usually TV platforms have a deadline. There is also a broadcast date. Since it was a promise, of course I had to keep it and I think I followed the custom. I didn't have time to spare," and added, "TV platforms produce broadcasts for about 3 months. "This 'National Investigation Headquarters' took about a year to produce. If you look at it mathematically, it's about four times as much. If you think about the broadcast date, it's about five times as much," he explained.

PD Bae also revealed new changes that were made by moving to OTT. He said, "If you look at episodes 1 and 2 of 'National Investigation Headquarters', there is no red at the crime scene. It was originally a scene covered in blood, but it was deliberately color corrected and turned into black and white. I wanted to show the suspect's cruelty, but not in a sensational way. “I made the most conservative choice,” he added.

'National Investigation Headquarters' is a 100% real investigation documentary that has never been revealed to the world, from the incident to the arrest. This is the first directing work of producer Bae Jeong-hoon of the SBS liberal arts program 'I Want to Know That' (hereinafter referred to as 'G-Al'), and it attracted a lot of attention even before its release.
