BTS Jimin wins first place on music show without appearing

BTS member Jimin won his first place on a music show with the pre-released song 'Set Me Free Pt.2'.

Jimin was named as a candidate for first place on Mnet's music ranking program 'M Countdown', which aired on the afternoon of the 23rd. He competed for the first place trophy with Twice.

As a result of the announcement, Jimin held the trophy with 'Set Me Free Pt.2'. He enjoyed the honor of winning first place for the first time without appearing on TV.

Jimin expressed his thoughts through Weverse, "No ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ Thank you. I had no idea that we won first place ㅜㅜ Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will work harder! #OurArmyIreceivedanAward."

'Set Me Free Pt.2' is a hip-hop genre song that contains the will to move forward freely and shake off various emotions such as inner pain, sadness, and emptiness.

In addition, the strong brass and drum line clearly enhance the message of the song, and the orchestra sound and choir sound maximize the magnificent atmosphere.

Jimin will release all songs on his solo album 'FACE' on the 24th.
