Kwak Yoon-gi, I was a big fan of ‘Slam Dunk’

The 53rd episode of Channel S's 'I'll Go Again', which aired on the 6th, included the 'Best 3 Travel Destinations Alone' episode in which 'Korea's eldest short track brother' Kwak Yoon-ki accompanied travel partners Kim Shin-young, Lee Seok-hoon, and instructor Choi Tae-seong. Under the themes of 'Daily Master's Experience Tokyo', 'Unimaginable Sauna Show Prague', and 'Italian Meat Restaurant Milan', cities that are good for traveling alone were selected to increase interest.
First, the 3rd place in the ‘Best solo travel destinations’ was Prague, a ‘romantic city’ loved by many couples. On this day, Heejae, a surrogate traveler, rode the 'Paternoster', an elevator that never stops, and experienced a turbulent sauna performance in which the sauna master swings a cloth to release the scent of oil into the air, introducing the unique charm of Prague and making people laugh. In addition, by taking a walk around the streets, including Charles Bridge on the Vltava River, which is considered one of the most beautiful bridges in Europe, the romantic charm of Prague was captured, giving a thumbs up.
Second place went to Milan, where ‘travel expert’ Yetto, who has been traveling the world alone for 10 months, acted as a proxy traveler. Yetto introduced the shortest travel course to tour the 'Galleria Vitrio Emanuele II', the representative shopping mall in Milan, the world's fashion center, and then visit the 'Milan Cathedral' located right next to it. Meanwhile, they not only had a unique experience through a cooking class held in a kitchen filled with native sensibility, but also enjoyed authentic Italian cavatelli pasta and tiramisu mukbang, which caught the eye. In addition, a fruitful solo travel course was introduced, ranging from an Italian-style meat restaurant to an inexpensive steak mukbang, creating vicarious satisfaction.
Above all, Tokyo, which ranked first among the 'destination to travel alone', attracted attention as Kwak Yoon-gi himself acted as a proxy traveler. Kwak Yoon-ki, who previously appeared as a travel companion on 'Might I Go Again', revealed that he had no experience traveling abroad other than short track training. Through ‘Mid I Go Again’, I went on a solo trip for the first time in my life and garnered attention.
First, Kwak Yoon-gi proved that he is a true fan of 'Slam Dunk' by finding the actual background of 'Slam Dunk' as his first travel spot. Next, a mukbang of a variety of sea bream dishes, including live sashimi, fried fish, braised soy sauce, and butter grilled sea bream caught directly at a unique tavern, filled the stomach from the first meal. In response, Kwak Yoon-gi said, “I couldn’t see the benefits of just exercising. “This is why I travel,” he said, and began to fall in love with the charm of travel.
The highlight of the trip the next day was visiting the Butler Cafe. Kwak Yoon-gi received service from staff dressed up as a butler and made people laugh by impersonating the 'Pink Master'. Meanwhile, he continued to travel by eating wagyu roast beef rice bowls in the morning and enjoying squid ink monjayaki and a glass of beer in the evening, attracting attention by becoming an expert at playing alone.
Above all, after completing all of his travels, Kwak Yoon-ki said, “I was afraid of traveling alone, but I have been so happy from the first day until now. “I think I will be able to enjoy traveling and resting without fear in the future,” he said, expressing satisfaction.
