'148cm → 174cm' Jeong Dong-won, growth spurt, "I absolutely hate female students"

Singer Jeong Dong-won revealed his recent growth.

Jeong Dong-won appeared on KBS2's entertainment show 'Immortal Songs', which aired on the 16th.

Jeong Dong-won, who was introduced as an icon of coup d'état, said about his appearance on 'Immortal Song' for the first time in three years, "Three years have already passed. I missed this feeling so much, it's been a while since I came here and I worked hard to prepare for the stage. “Please listen carefully,” he said.

When asked about his current height, Jeong Dong-won said, “I’m around 173 to 4 cm.” In response, Lee Chan-won said, “He has really grown up a lot. I first met Jeong Dong-won in elementary school. When she said, "I was cute at the time, but at some point I got taller," Jeong Dong-won confessed that he was 148cm tall at the time and that "I grew up a lot in my third year of middle school, but now I've plateaued."

When asked if his studies were going well, Jeong Dong-won said, "Do you mean attendance or grades?" and made everyone laugh by saying, "He has regular attendance, but his grades are good at school."

Regarding his popularity at school, he confessed, “At first, there were a lot of them, but because I was a picky person, the female students really hated me.”

After finishing the stage, MC Shin Dong-yeop also welcomed Jeong Dong-won, who had appeared for the first time in a long time, and asked, "At that time, he was abrasive, crazy, and cute, but he has become more dignified. You said you were nervous because it has been a long time since you appeared on the show. How do you feel?" Regarding this, Jeong Dong-won said, "When I was rehearsing, I was so satisfied that I thought, 'Let's just do it this way.' But I was so nervous that it all sounded like a mistake to my ears. I'm still very nervous even now."

Shin Dong-yeop continued, "What's so fortunate is that even though they were cute and handsome when they were young, there are friends who go through a bit of a change as they grow up. When Dong-won looked at himself in the mirror while going through puberty, didn't he honestly think, 'I'm fortunate'?" asked.

Jeong Dong-won expressed his gratitude, saying, "I heard a lot of people around me say, 'If you don't take care of yourself now, you'll really change.' But I don't take care of anything. The reason I was able to grow so well is because I grew up with a lot of love from fans."
