Pak Se-ri and Kim Min-kyung ate 4680 kcal of dessert only
In the 11th episode of 'Mongtteun Returns - National Sports Team' (hereafter 'Mongtteun Returns'), which aired on the 23rd, the 'National Team' Se-ri Pak, Dong-hyun Kim, Seong-bin Yoon, and Min-kyung Kim went on their first backpacking trip to Rome, Italy as 'Team Seri'. Pak Se-ri is known for her culinary prowess in all fields, including Korean, Japanese, and Western cuisine. Before starting to cook, Pak Se-ri led the members to Rome's representative traditional market, 'Esqualino Market', to purchase ingredients. Here, he proved his 'big hand class' once again by sweeping a total of 5.8kg of ingredients, from various seafood such as shrimp, squid, and mussels to pork belly.
Under the leadership of main chef Pak Se-ri, the rest of the members divided their roles and helped prepare the ingredients. In the meantime, Kim Dong-hyun tested Pak Se-ri's patience with erratic behavior throughout. He was caught cleaning mussels with a scrubber rather than a toothbrush, and washing seafood with hot water made Pak Se-ri speechless. Above all, Kim Dong-hyun's endless bombardment of questions made Pak Se-ri's patience reach its limit. In the end, Pak Se-ri exploded and said to Kim Dong-hyun, “Be quiet. Don't say useless things," he said, causing laughter.
Pak Se-ri showed off her culinary skills comparable to Italian chefs by completing hearty Korean dishes, from tomato seafood stew to gambas al ajillo and grilled pork belly on an iron plate. The members who ate the three dishes in an instant expressed the taste of the dishes by pouring out exclamations. In particular, Kim Dong-hyun made Pak Se-ri happy by saying, “If someone asks me where I learned it later when making stew or gambas, I should say that I learned it from a great chef in Italy.”
The morning of the 4th day of 'Team Seri's trip, which ended the day in abundance with 'Seri's special meal', was bright. The destination of the members on this day is 'Trastevere', which is called Rome's Seongsu-dong, a rising hot place and a place full of famous restaurants. Here, the members set out to 'break the dessert stamp'. Before leaving for the dessert sanctuary tour, the members headed to the restaurant first, in line with the concept of 'Eat and Die Sports Club'. Those who visited the Asian restaurant finished warming up to 'break the dessert seal' by filling their stomachs with a variety of noodles and rice dishes from dim sum.
After that, the full-fledged dessert sacred place tour began. The members were completely fascinated by the artistic streetscape of Trastevere while walking. Pak Se-ri and Kim Min-kyung expressed their excitement, saying, "I feel more like I'm in Europe now that I'm here" and "This is Italy."
The members chose Gelato, Italy's representative dessert, as the first menu for 'Breaking the Dessert Dojo'. The sweet taste and chewy texture of the gelato, which preserves the original taste of the ingredients, gave the members the highest level of satisfaction. Pak Se-ri was impressed, saying, "It's completely real," and Kim Min-kyung expressed the taste with her eyebrows. In the meantime, an Italian local spoke to Yoon Seong-bin, who was eating gelato on the street. Recognizing Yoon Sung-bin, he asked Yoon Sung-bin for a photo and praised him, saying, "You are the world's sexiest guy." Yoon Seong-bin, who was in a good mood at the compliment, had a big smile on his face.

Then, the members of 'Team Seri' had a happy time with tiramisu containing the taste of mainland Italy, and finally visited the main square of 'Trastevere' to eat arancini, an Italian rice ball. It was full of locals who came out to enjoy the weekend. Kim Dong-hyun and Kim Min-kyung, who took their seats in front of the central fountain, showed their extraordinary presence even in the crowd. The two shouted the name of Se-ri Pak, who was walking from afar, and drew attention from the surroundings, and Se-ri Pak said, “Oh, it’s embarrassing. Don't pretend to know,” he said, avoiding his gaze and laughing.

In the 12th trailer released at the end of the broadcast, 'Breaking the tourist stamp' was announced as the last schedule of the 'National Team', stimulating curiosity. Along with this, Pak Se-ri and Yoon Seong-bin were divided into 'realistic' and Kim Dong-hyun and Kim Min-kyung were 'sentimental', and they were also shown facing a crisis situation, raising expectations.
