The identity of a Korean woman in her 30s who was found dead in Cambodia was identified as BJ Ah-yeong.

On the 11th, a Korean woman in her 30s was found dead at a construction site in Cambodia. Local police arrested a Chinese couple who were running a private hospital on suspicion of abandoning the body.

They told the police, "On the 4th, Mr. A, who visited the hospital they run, suffered a sudden seizure and died while being treated." It is known that the Chinese couple abandoned the body after loading the woman in a car.

Local media reported that a Korean woman in her 30s was “33-year-old Korean woman Byun Ah-yeong.” BJ Ayoung is a famous internet broadcaster with more than 250,000 YouTube subscribers.

BJ Ah-yeong entered Cambodia on the 2nd and died two days later after receiving a fluid or serum injection at a local hospital. However, there are suspicions that he was found with a severely swollen face and was assaulted.

In this regard, an official from the Korean Embassy in Cambodia said, "We plan to provide consular assistance to the bereaved family who have arrived in the country for funeral procedures, etc." and "whether an autopsy has not been decided."

Currently, the Korean police have requested an accurate investigation from the local investigative authorities. The Korean police cooperated with the local police to conduct an autopsy, and are investigating the accompanying persons and hospital officials at the time of the incident.
