Classification of female idol groups 1-4... 'Queendom Puzzle' side "It's just a device that can break prejudice"

The production team of 'Queendom Puzzle' revealed the background of dividing the cast into groups 1-4.

On the afternoon of the 13th, at the HW Convention Center in Buam-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, the Mnet survival program 'Queendom Puzzle' production presentation was held. At the production presentation, CP Yoon Shin-hye, PD Lee Yeon-gyu, MC Taeyeon, Momoland JooE, Cosmic Girls Yeoreum, Wiki Meki Elly, Cherry Bullet Bora, Jiwon, Chaerin, Purple Kiss Yuki, H1-KEY Riina, Huiseo, LIGHTSUM( Lightsome) Sanga, RocketPunch (Rocket Punch) Juri, Suyun, Yeonhee, tripleS (Triple S) Seoyeon, Jiwoo, Weeekly (Weekly) Sujin, Jihan, Soeun, Joa, woo!ah! (Uah) Nana, Wooyeon, Dohwa, 26 performers, including Miru, Yeeun, Kei, and Pai, were together.

Currently, 'Queendom Puzzle' is facing backlash from fans by dividing the participants into groups 1 to 4 in the pre-release video. The classification standard was the total number of times they won first place on music shows (50%) + the number of albums sold in the first week (50%) and converted into points.

CP Yoon Shin-hye said, “I want to tell you first that being a military is not about dividing the standards of performers and classifying them. I wanted to say that (the rating table) was prepared as a device to break those prejudices in the beginning.”

Then, "Actually, in the second half of the first broadcast, there is a comment saying, 'This guy will disappear from now on.' I hope that the individual stages that follow will serve as an opportunity to break those prejudices by showing the members' charms regardless of their previous numbers and grades. After that, the military will cease to exist and the mission will progress, so please watch over us.”

'Queendom Puzzle' is a program that completes the best combination by matching existing girl group members or female artists like a puzzle. Girls' Generation's Taeyeon appears as the MC, and the members of the 3rd and 4th generation girl groups all mobilize to draw attention. Broadcast on the 13th at 10pm.
