K-Pop Star Song Ga-in to Release Heartfelt Ballad 'Love, Oh Love' for KBS Drama OST

K-Pop singer Song Ga-in is set to lend her voice to the first OST of the drama 'Prescription for Love' with the track 'Love, Oh Love'.

'Love, Oh Love' is a deeply emotional trot ballad that conveys a sincere longing for love and connection. Song Ga-in's powerful and evocative voice is expected to amplify the song's emotional depth.

The combination of electric guitar and string melodies with Song Ga-in's soothing vocals represents a narrator who chooses love despite weariness and emotional numbness, offering listeners profound empathy and comfort. The OST, which was shrouded in mystery after the initial lineup announcement, will be unveiled during the endings of episodes 5 and 6 of the drama, drawing significant attention. Following its broadcast, the OST topped real-time search charts on domestic music sites, heightening anticipation for 'Love, Oh Love'.

The OST is produced by Song Dong-woon, a renowned producer known for his work on hit dramas like 'Hotel Del Luna', 'Descendants of the Sun', 'It's Okay, That's Love', 'Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo', and 'Our Blues'. He has also produced hit OSTs such as 'I Will Go to You Like the First Snow', 'Stay With Me', 'Beautiful', and 'I Miss You'.

'Prescription for Love' (directed by Han Joon-seo, written by Park Ji-sook, produced by HB Entertainment) is a family drama about two families entangled in a 30-year feud who eventually reconcile and heal their wounds to become one family. It airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8 PM on KBS 2TV.

The OST 'Love, Oh Love', sung by Song Ga-in for the KBS 2TV weekend drama 'Prescription for Love', will be released on various online music platforms at 6 PM on the 21st.
