The reality show originally aired from October to December 2017, featuring the debut of Wanna One, who quickly became a sensation in the music industry. The group concluded their official activities with a concert in January 2019, leaving fans longing for more.

Despite the end of their official activities, fans have continuously expressed their desire for a reunion. In 2026, Wanna One will come together once again. A source revealed, "The members of Wanna One, while considering a reunion with their fans, decided to produce the reality show that fans loved the most."
