K-Pop Group FIFTY FIFTY to Star in New Short-Form Drama 'After School Exorcism Club'
According to their agency, the entire group will star in the KITZ Premium short-form drama, directed by Jung Joo and written by Jin Sol, which is slated for release in May. The drama is a collaborative project by Take One Company, Take One Studio, Studio&New, and Hyperplot.
'After School Exorcism Club' is a high-teen occult comedy that follows five quirky high school girls as they band together to exorcise spirits haunting their school. The storyline is intricately linked to FIFTY FIFTY's album universe, with each member's unique personality and charm woven into the script for added entertainment.
Alongside the casting announcement, a teaser poster for 'After School Exorcism Club' has been unveiled, featuring the members of FIFTY FIFTY walking down a dimly lit school corridor, capturing attention with the tagline "Cursed School, Chosen Children".
'After School Exorcism Club' promises a unique blend of FIFTY FIFTY's album universe with the drama's narrative, marking a fresh venture for the group as they explore acting for the first time. This project is anticipated to showcase their versatility and potential for cross-IP expansion.
