SEVENTEEN's Hoshi Donates $72,000 to Improve Education in Zambia
SEVENTEEN's Hoshi has made a significant impact with his charitable efforts.

On the 16th, the Community Chest of Korea announced that Hoshi has donated 100 million KRW (approximately $72,000) to improve educational facilities in Zambia. The funds will be used for the construction and renovation of classrooms at Mansansa Government School in Ndola, Zambia. This school serves around 350 students from kindergarten through 7th grade.

Hoshi expressed his desire to support children growing up in challenging environments, stating, "I want to give strength and encouragement to children in difficult circumstances. I hope the new classrooms will help them grow healthier."

Previously, in 2021, Hoshi donated 100 million KRW, becoming the 2,655th member of the Honor Society, a group of high-value individual donors who contribute over 100 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea.
