BLACKPINK Triumphs at 2025 MTV VMAs with Best Group Award
The group received the prestigious trophy on September 7th at the ceremony held at UBS Arena in New York, marking their second win in this category following their 2023 victory, further solidifying their global influence.
The Best Group category featured a competitive lineup, including fellow K-pop groups aespa, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, and KATSEYE, as well as international acts like Backstreet Boys, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, and Jonas Brothers.
Member Rosé also took home the Song of the Year award for her hit collaboration 'APT.' with Bruno Mars. Meanwhile, Lisa added to BLACKPINK's accolades by winning the Best K-pop award for her solo track 'Born Again.'
BLACKPINK made a comeback in July with their new single 'Jump' after a two-year hiatus. They are currently on a world tour and are set to release a new album in November.
