K-Pop Star Song Ga-in Teams Up with Legendary Composer for New Single 'Love Mambo'

K-Pop sensation Song Ga-in is set to release a new single in collaboration with a legendary senior artist.

According to her agency, JG Star, Song Ga-in will drop her new track 'Love Mambo' on the 27th of this month.

'Love Mambo' is a gift from Seol Woon-do, a current trot singer and hit composer, who wrote and composed the song specifically for Song Ga-in. The track features an upbeat mambo rhythm with lively drum beats, complemented by refreshing brass lines and playful synthesizer sounds.

This release marks another significant collaboration for Song Ga-in, following her work with legendary artist Sim Soo-bong on her pre-release track 'Tears Fall' from her fourth studio album in January. With its vibrant and energetic vibe, 'Love Mambo' will showcase Song Ga-in's new side as she takes on choreography for the first time.

On the morning of the 13th, Song Ga-in unveiled the concept photo for 'Love Mambo' on her official social media channels. In the photo, she sports a playful and cute look with a white shirt and a fedora hat.

Earlier this year, Song Ga-in made history with her fourth studio album 'Gain; Moon,' becoming the first female trot singer to surpass 20,000 copies in first-week sales. She also recently won the Female Popularity Award and the Top 10 Artist Award at the SBS 'Trot Music Awards 2025.'

Song Ga-in's new single 'Love Mambo' will be available on various online music platforms at 6 PM on the 27th.
