NewJeans recently engaged with fans by sharing new photos on their official social media channels.

The group posted several images featuring a dreamy, blurred filter, capturing the members posing in a forest setting that embodies the essence of fall. The five members are seen playfully interacting and smiling brightly. Notably, members Danielle and Hae-rin are wearing matching couple hoodies, appearing as one, while Hani and Hye-in sport quirky hats that add a humorous touch.

This release of concept photos is particularly noteworthy as it follows NewJeans' announcement of terminating their exclusive contract with ADOR, aside from promotional or advertising posts. The hashtags included both the Korean and English names of the group, 'NewJeans'.

On the 28th of last month, NewJeans held an emergency press conference to announce their decision to terminate their contract with ADOR. They cited a breakdown in trust due to management changes and director replacements as reasons for their decision.

Regarding the astronomical penalty fees amounting to billions, NewJeans stated, "We have not violated the exclusive contract, so the responsibility lies with ADOR and HYBE." The group expressed their desire to continue using the name 'NewJeans' and mentioned, "If possible, we would like to work with CEO Min Hee-jin."

In response, ADOR declared, "On the 3rd, we filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court to legally confirm the validity of the exclusive contract with NewJeans."

Meanwhile, Min Hee-jin faces allegations of tampering. A media outlet reported that Min Hee-jin allegedly orchestrated NewJeans' live broadcasts and Hani's appearance at a national audit, aiming to return as ADOR's CEO. The report also formally raised tampering allegations, revealing photos and conversations suggesting Min Hee-jin's meetings with Company D to discuss investment opportunities.

Min Hee-jin has not provided an explanation for the detailed report but has confirmed the lawsuit. As tampering has been a central issue in the ongoing conflict between HYBE and Min Hee-jin since April, there are calls for a proper explanation and rebuttal.

The industry has expressed significant concern over NewJeans' actions, with many in the public also showing disapproval, leading to a shift in public opinion.
