New Jeans, “Donate all university festivals”… Park Myung-soo ‘shy’
Group New Jeans is attracting attention by announcing that they will donate all of their appearance fees at university festivals.
On the KBS 2TV entertainment program 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears', Park Myung-soo of Zipak was shown on the 7th performing a congratulatory stage at the Dongguk University festival for the second year in a row.
New Jeans came to Park Myung-soo's waiting room, and Park Myung-soo was surprised and shook his hand and hugged him. Park Myung-soo expressed extraordinary affection and talked about New Genes, saying, “They are like my babies.”
New Jeans attracted attention by telling Park Myeong-soo, “I attend as many as two university events a day.” In response, Park Myung-soo asked a surprise question, “When will you settle the settlement?” New Jeans responded, “This time, we will donate everything.” In response to Park Myung-soo's question about the settlement, MC Jeon Hyun-moo in the studio jokingly said, "Ask Min Hee-jin."
Park Myung-soo, who was waiting right behind New Jeans' stage, made people laugh by saying, "Why is New Jeans right in front of me? If I were in the Jonam area, I wouldn't have been so nervous."
Meanwhile, it attracted attention last April when it was revealed that the settlement amount New Jeans received from Adore was estimated at 5.2 billion won per person.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 24th, Adore's sales last year amounted to 110.3 billion won, an increase of more than five times compared to the previous year (1.9 billion won). Here, excluding payment fees of about 29 billion won, 26.1 billion won was set as artist settlement, and it was estimated that each member of New Genes, a five-member group, received a settlement of 5.2 billion won.
