BIGBANG's Daesung Cancels Melbourne Solo Concert Due to Technical Issues

Daesung's agency, R&D Company, announced on the 16th that the concert scheduled for August 15 at Melbourne's Festival Hall has been canceled due to unforeseen technical and production issues. The agency stated, "After careful consideration with all parties involved, we made this decision to provide the best performance for our fans."
Tickets purchased through the official ticketing platform will be automatically refunded in full. The agency added, "We sincerely apologize to the fans who were looking forward to the concert and ask for your understanding regarding this sudden news."
Previously, fellow BIGBANG member G-Dragon also canceled his world tour concert scheduled for August 2 in Bangkok, Thailand. Galaxy Corporation, his agency, cited "health risks due to record-breaking heat" and concerns for audience safety at the outdoor venue, Rajamangala National Stadium.
With both G-Dragon and Daesung canceling their concerts, global fans are expressing their disappointment.
Meanwhile, Daesung continues to engage with fans through the TV Chosun variety show 'Korean-Japanese Top Ten Show' and his personal YouTube channel 'House Daesung.'
