BTS V held an event for fans even while serving in the military.

The excited expressions of people preparing to enter under the 'pink' dress code. After entering the place, smiles did not leave the faces of those who looked at each of the gifts provided there.

And soon, they were seriously thinking about someone and writing a letter with sincerity. This is the scene from 'FRI(END)S PARTY', a fan event commemorating the release of V's new song, held in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu on the 16th, when spring was in full swing.

V released the sound source and music video for his new digital single 'FRI(END)S' at 1pm on the 15th. The day after the release of the new song, Big Hit Music held a special event 'FRI(END)S PARTY' just for ARMY (fandom name). This event, which lasts for just one day, is decorated with a wealth of things to see and enjoy that will allow you to enjoy the new song in a wider variety of ways.

'FRI(END)S PARTY', which unfolds on a total of 3 floors, is designed to provide different fun for each floor, but is generally connected to the concept and message of 'FRI(END)S'.

On the first floor, a special gift to welcome visitors was given upon entry. The pink box contained a diffuser with 'FRI(END)S' written on it, a photo postcard showing V's fascinating visuals, and a handwritten letter written by V himself. In the letter, V asked a witty question, "ARMY, what kind of relationship are we?" along with the lyrics of "FRI(END)S", "Let's put the 'end' in friends."

In particular, the diffuser named 'V FRI(END)S FRAGRANCE' is the only scent in the world that V specially created for this fan event.

The second floor was created as a phone booth where you can listen to V's voice messages and a space where you can write letters directly to him. Three public phones were installed in the area where 'VOICE CALL FROM V' was written, and fans could listen to three messages left by V by guessing the number by combining the hints contained in the information message.

V said through a voice message, "Our ARMYs, how are you doing? I'm leaving a message in advance because I'm afraid you'll miss me. I hope you all have a good time today. Bye," or "Knock knock, ARMYs, “How are you doing? Are you all having a good time in 2024? Let’s meet again in good health and make more memories,” he promised.

Next to the phone booth, a 'LETTER TO V' space was created to write letters to V, and fans wrote letters with sincerity and serious expressions.

A photo zone that recreated the space in the music video for 'FRI(END)S' was also installed on the second floor, giving fans a fun experience. The photo zone was in the form of filming oneself on the camera monitor, providing an experience as if one were in a scene from a music video featuring V.

The third floor is decorated with a gallery with concept photos of ‘FRI(END)S’ and a space where music videos can be viewed. Fans experienced unique fun and were deeply moved by watching the short film, as well as photos and videos that captured the meaning and mood of 'FRI(END)S'.

Meanwhile, 'FRI(END)S', which V released about 6 months after the release of his first solo album 'Layover', is a song that harmonizes calm rhythm, soft melody, and V's attractive bass and falsetto.
