Jay-Z, the godfather of American hip-hop, delivered a scathing remark toward the 'White Grammys' that favors white artists.

On the afternoon of the 4th (local time), the '66th Grammy Awards' was held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, USA. On this day, Jay-Z received the ‘Dr. Dre Global Impact Award’ and went up to the podium to deliver his thoughts.

On this day, Jay-Z mentioned the boycott of artists in the past due to the 'White Grammys' and laughed, saying, "Still, I probably watched the Grammys on TV at the hotel, I don't know." He said, “I also boycotted once, and I watched the Grammys that time too,” and added, “I hope there will be a fair award.” He added, "I think it's improving a lot. Jay-Z mentioned that his wife, singer Beyoncé, is the most awarded Grammy winner, but has never won the highest award, 'Album of the Year', and emphasized, "I think some people may think that the award was taken away."
