Koyote's Shinji Reunites with Composer Choi Jun-young for New Album After 27 Years

According to a report by TenAsia on the 10th, Shinji has teamed up with Choi Jun-young, the producer behind Koyote's hits like 'Pure Love' and 'Heartbreak', to release a new album after 27 years. The members of Koyote completed filming their music video on the 8th and are set to make a comeback with a new album full of original emotions early next month.
Choi Jun-young is renowned for producing numerous hit songs beyond Koyote's albums, including Cool's 'Before Sadness', Kim Gun-mo's 'Regret' and 'Seoul's Moon', Im Jae-bum's 'Flight', Lee Jung-hyun's 'Wa', and Wax's 'Fixing My Makeup'. He has received accolades such as the Best Producer and Composer awards at the Seoul Music Awards. Since 2008, he has also been active as a film producer and music producer for films like 'Portrait of a Beauty', 'Le Grand Chef', and 'Man on the Edge'.

Simultaneously, Shinji is busy preparing for her wedding. She announced her marriage to Moon Won, a singer seven years her junior, and shared a video of a meeting with Koyote members. However, controversies arose regarding Moon Won's past, including his divorce, existence of children, allegations of infidelity, and unlicensed real estate dealings. Shinji's agency has stated that most of these claims are untrue.
The agency clarified that Moon Won worked as a legally registered assistant in real estate, with no illegal activities involved. Additionally, Moon Won amicably divorced, and his ex-wife supports their marriage.
