Korean Film 'Rebound' Returns to Theaters Following Success of 'The King and the Clown'
The film 'The King and the Clown' has surpassed 15 million viewers, leading to the re-release of director Jang Hang-jun's previous work, 'Rebound', on April 3rd. With the April 4th stage greeting for 'Rebound' sold out, the team has added more stage greeting events and confirmed a high-touch screening GV.

'Rebound' is based on a true story from the 2012 National High School Basketball Championship, depicting the miraculous 8-day journey of a new coach and six players from an overlooked basketball team. The film originally attracted 700,000 viewers upon its release.

Three years after its initial release, 'Rebound' is making a comeback with additional stage greetings to thank audiences for their support. The events will kick off on April 5th at CGV Yeongdeungpo, followed by Lotte Cinema Yeongdeungpo, Lotte Cinema Hongdae, CGV Hongdae, Megabox Hongdae, and Megabox Sangam World Cup Stadium. Director Jang Hang-jun, along with stars Ahn Jae-hong, Lee Sin-young, Jung Jin-woon, Kim Taek, Jung Gun-joo, Kim Min, and Ahn Ji-ho, will be in attendance. Given the sold-out status of the initial stage greeting, high demand is expected for these additional events.
On the re-release date, April 3rd, a high-touch screening GV will be held at Coex Megabox. The director and cast will engage with the audience, sharing insights about the film and connecting with fans through high-fives.
