Behind-the-Scenes of 'Omniscient Reader': A Glimpse into the Stellar Cast and Vibrant Set

'Omniscient Reader' is a fantasy action film where the world of a novel becomes reality on the day the novel, which had been serialized for over a decade, concludes. The sole reader, Kim Dokja, teams up with the novel's protagonist, Yoo Joonghyuk, and other allies to survive in a world on the brink of destruction. The film has unveiled behind-the-scenes stills showcasing the actors' chemistry and immersive performances.
The released stills capture a variety of moments, from the intense performances of the cast to the cheerful atmosphere on set. Ahn Hyo-seop, who transforms into Kim Dokja, captivates with his enthusiasm as he prepares for the next scene without showing signs of fatigue, even during continuous action sequences. Holding a bouquet with a vibrant expression, he draws attention. Lee Min-ho, playing the cynically transformed Yoo Joonghyuk, conveys his deep immersion into the character through his expressions alone.
Chae Soo-bin, as Yoo Sangah, brings her unique freshness to the set, while also demonstrating her focus by paying close attention to the production team's instructions, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Shin Seung-ho, portraying Lee Hyun-sung, who acts as a reliable shield for Kim Dokja and his allies, is seen lifting Kwon Eun-sung's character, Lee Gil-young, with affectionate glances exchanged between them, hinting at their strong bond. Unlike his serious and strong character, Shin Seung-ho's friendly and energetic demeanor warms the set.
Nana draws attention with her on-and-off moments as the character Jung Heewon. When the camera rolls, she delivers intense performances for action scenes, and when it stops, she captures adorable snapshots with director Kim Byung-woo, vividly conveying the lively atmosphere on set. Finally, the high-difficulty wire action scenes performed by Ahn Hyo-seop and Nana showcase the actors' dedication and passion, explaining why the spectacular action sequences of 'Omniscient Reader' could come to life.
'Omniscient Reader' is currently showing in theaters.
