The growth of Choi Soo-in in 'A Minimum of Goodness' is highly anticipated.

Released on the 30th of last month, the film 'A Minimum of Goodness' portrays the story of a high school teacher, Hye-yeon (played by Jang Yoon-ju), who is stressed by infertility and becomes entangled in the chaos following her student Yumi's (played by Choi Soo-in) unexpected pregnancy. The film invites the audience to reflect on the extent of goodwill one can offer, as Hye-yeon grapples with her own boundaries of kindness.

Choi Soo-in takes on the role of Yumi, a high school student facing the challenges of an unexpected pregnancy. She portrays Yumi's journey as she confronts various changes and the harsh reality of being forced to drop out of school, which was once her sanctuary. To authentically capture Yumi's complex emotions, Choi engaged in detailed character research, including watching programs about pregnancy.

Choi Soo-in made her film debut at the young age of 13 in the 2016 movie 'The World of Us', earning the Best Child Actor Award at the 56th Zlín Film Festival for Children and Youth and a nomination for Best Actress at the 19th Shanghai International Film Festival. She brought the character of Sun, a girl longing for love yet always alone, to life with her natural and sincere performance. Later, she gained attention in Netflix's hit series 'The Glory', where she played the daughter of actress Yeom Hye-ran, delivering a powerful performance that stole the scene.

Having started as a child actor, Choi Soo-in is now building her filmography as a mature actress. Her future endeavors are eagerly awaited by audiences.
