'Persona: Sulli,' starring the late singer and actress Sulli (real name Choi Jin-ri), is donating to the Busan International Film Festival to honor the deceased's wishes.

According to Ten Asia coverage on the 19th, Netflix's 'Persona: Sulli' decided to donate to the Busan International Film Festival (hereinafter referred to as Busan International Film Festival) during the first half of this year.

An official said, “Mystic Story, the production company of ‘Persona: Sulli,’ and SM Entertainment, Sulli’s agency, came together and decided to donate to Bugukje.” He continued, "The deceased had a passion for film and acting when he was alive, and in fact, 'Persona: Sulli' was premiered through Busan International Film Festival," and "To honor the spirit and meaning of the deceased, who wanted to be freely expressed and understood without prejudice, the Busan International Film Festival was held. “I ended up donating to ,” he explained.

'Persona: Sulli', which was originally planned to have four episodes, was released during the filming period when the deceased passed away, and the documentary 'Dear Truth' (directed by Jeong Yun-seok), which contains interviews with the deceased while he was still alive, and the short feature film '4: Clean Island' (directed by Kim Ji-hye) were released. , Hwang Soo-ah), and only two episodes were completed.

'Persona: Sulli' was planned to shed light on Sulli's human side and at the same time capture her charm and growth as an actor, but it also received criticism from some over its release after the deceased's death.
