Denis Villeneuve's film 'Dune' confirmed for re-release

Ahead of the release of the movie 'Dune: Part 2' (director Denis Villeneuve), the re-release of 'Dune' (2021) has been confirmed.

'Dune: Part 2' is an action blockbuster in which Paul (Timothée Chalamet), who awakens after realizing his abilities, finds his destiny as a warrior on a journey for revenge. It is the sequel to ‘Dune’ and is directed by representative Hollywood director Denis Villeneuve.

Director Denis Villeneuve confirmed a visit to Korea two months ahead of the release, and to commemorate this, the re-release of 'Dune' was also confirmed. This re-released screening will include Timothee Chalamet's greeting video exclusively for Korean audiences. It will be released in 20 CGV IMAX theaters, 11 Lotte Cinema Atmos format Superplex theaters, and 6 Megabox Dolby Cinema theaters.

The movie ‘Dune: Part 2’ will be released domestically in February 2024.
