Ahn Jae-hong “Director Jang Hang-jun is like a beloved conductor”

Actor Ahn Jae-hong mentioned director Jang Hang-jun, with whom he worked for the first time in the movie 'Rebound'.

On the morning of the 29th, Ahn Jae-hong told various stories related to the upcoming movie 'Rebound' (director Jang Hang-jun) at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

'Rebound' is a miraculous story of 8 days during the 2012 National High School Basketball Tournament, when a new coach and 6 players of the weakest basketball team that no one paid attention to ran tirelessly. It is based on the true story of Busan Jungang High School's success in the 2012 Korea Basketball Association Long National Middle and High School Basketball Tournament.

In the play, Ahn Jae-hong plays the role of coach Kang Yang-hyeon. Coach Kang Yang-hyun is a former national tournament MVP and a public service worker who will coach Busan Jungang High School.

On this day, Ahn Jae-hong said, "It was my first time meeting director Jang Hang-jun. Before that, we had never had a relationship before. We met and got to know each other while working together for the first time. We had a great time. We even went on a trip together after filming." He added, "It was a time when I deepened as a person and as a person. While working with director Jang Hang-jun, my colleagues and acquaintances asked me about the director. They wondered if I was actually fun. I tell them that it was actually that much fun."

Ahn Jae-hong said, "It was my first time seeing the director on TV, and he was a person who brought a lot of cheerful energy to the scene. I thought he was the youngest adult I've ever met. While seeing the director, I also learned a lot outside of movies and works. “I was receiving a lot of positive influence from the director. We talked a lot together about the director’s way of looking at life. I was influenced positively by spending time with him,” he said with a laugh.

He also said, “What I felt was that director Jang Hang-jun was a beloved conductor. Not only the actors but also all the staff loved the director. The director also relieved a lot of tension and encouraged them so that they could fully demonstrate their influence. The filming team, production team, directing team, and art team He made each part exciting. He made it a place where I could enjoy more than what I had planned. He adjusted the speed and speed as the height went up. I felt like a conductor when I saw him adjusting."

Ahn Jae-hong said, "Each coach has a different personality. When I looked at him, I thought that Coach Jang Hang-jun was very wise. I really liked his ability to coordinate on-site. We were happy working together. Basketball is a sport that consumes a lot of physical energy. “Even though it is a sport that requires physical exertion to the limit, everyone was mentally happy on set thanks to the director,” he expressed his satisfaction.
