Lee Je-hoon donates all ‘You Quiz’ prize money to KAFA
Actor Lee Je-hoon donated the entire 1 million won quiz prize money he received from tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' to the Korean Film Academy Development Fund of the Korean Film Council.

On the 21st, the Korean Film Council announced this news. Lee Je-hoon debuted in 2011 with the feature film ‘Blockman’ (directed by Yoon Seong-hyeon) produced by the Korean Academy of Film Arts (KAFA). That year, with the same work, he swept the New Male Actor Award at the Grand Bell Awards and Blue Dragon Film Awards.

'Watchmen', in which Lee Je-hoon appeared, is a work that expresses in detail the tragic catastrophe caused by immature communication misunderstandings between high school boys through the eyes and directing of new actors. In addition to winning the New Currents Award at the Busan International Film Festival, it was invited to overseas, including the Rotterdam International Film Festival and the Hong Kong International Film Festival, and received favorable reviews.

KAFA President Cho Geun-sik said, "Lee Je-hoon is an actor with a deep connection to KAFA, having made his feature film debut in the KAFA production 'Watchmen.' “I will work hard to nurture younger actors,” he said.

Meanwhile, Lee Je-hoon appeared in the recently concluded drama 'Model Taxi 2'. The movie 'Escape' (directed by Lee Jong-pil) is about to be released, and he has confirmed his appearance in 'Moral Hazard' (directed by Choi Yun-jin).
