According to recent reports, Lee Jong-suk acquired a five-story building in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, for 16.2 billion KRW (approximately $12 million USD). To facilitate the purchase, he set up a mortgage of 7.2 billion KRW, suggesting an investment of over 10 billion KRW in cash. The transaction was completed at the end of December last year.
The building is a newly constructed reinforced concrete structure, approved for use in January of last year. It stands on a land area of 234 square meters and includes a basement and five above-ground floors, designated as a neighborhood living facility.
