Shinhwa's Shin Hye-sung Lists Nonhyeon-dong Building for Sale Amid Legal Troubles

Shinhwa member Shin Hye-sung has put his Nonhyeon-dong building on the market.

According to recent reports, 'Apple-Eating Dinosaur Co., Ltd.', represented by Shin Hye-sung, has listed the building located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was purchased in May 2022 for approximately 4.9 billion KRW (around $4.1 million USD). The property, which spans 180.9 square meters (about 54.72 pyeong), is now on the market for between 5.4 billion and 5.7 billion KRW (approximately $4.5 million to $4.8 million USD). Considering the purchase price, renovation, and financing costs, the profit margin is expected to be minimal.

The building is strategically located between Eonju Station on Subway Line 9 and Hakdong Station on Line 7, approximately 360 meters from Exit 2 of Eonju Station, making it a five-minute walk.

Meanwhile, Shin Hye-sung was sentenced to six months in prison with a one-year probation for driving another person's vehicle while intoxicated in 2022. Since then, he has halted his activities and minimized public appearances.
