Chef Couple Kim Hee-eun and Yoon Dae-hyun Receive Michelin Guide Invitation for Fourth Consecutive Year

Chef couple Kim Hee-eun and Yoon Dae-hyun have received an invitation from the Michelin Guide.

On the October 24th episode of SBS's variety show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' (hereafter 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2'), the couple was shown receiving an invitation from the Michelin Guide.

During the broadcast, Kim Hee-eun urgently called Yoon Dae-hyun and showed him the '2026 Michelin Guide Invitation' on her laptop.

Kim Hee-eun remarked, "It's not something you get just by applying. You have to receive it to be able to go." Watching this, Kim Sook raised expectations for an award by saying, "Doesn't an invitation mean they're giving something?"

With this, the couple has been invited to the Michelin Guide for four consecutive years. Kim Hee-eun expressed, "Just looking at it makes me emotional," and confessed, "I was quite anxious because we hadn't heard anything." Yoon Dae-hyun also shared, "We've maintained it for four years, but it still doesn't feel familiar," showing his nervousness.

Kim Hee-eun humorously added, "At first, I couldn't even imagine it and asked, 'What is this about?' I thought they were calling us for catering," eliciting laughter.

Previously, in last week's episode, the couple was shown closing their restaurant at 10 PM and focusing on developing new menu items until 2 AM.

Meanwhile, the 'Michelin Guide' has been evaluating restaurants with stars since 1926, serving as a guide to inform customers of quality dining establishments.
