Actor Lee Jong-hyuk Celebrates His Sons Following in His Footsteps as Aspiring Actors
Recently, Lee Jong-hyuk posted two photos on his social media. The images feature the words 'Dongguk University Chung-Ang University Theater Department' with his eldest son wearing a Dongguk University jacket and his younger son donning a Chung-Ang University jacket, both smiling brightly. Another photo shows the three of them from behind, with the caption 'Chung-Ang University Seoul Institute of the Arts Dongguk University Theater Department!' Each of them is wearing clothing with their respective school logos and names, giving a thumbs-up. With both sons aspiring to be actors like their father, the family has become a 'house of actors.'
Lee Jong-hyuk is an alumnus of the Seoul Institute of the Arts, majoring in acting. His eldest son, Lee Tak-soo, is currently studying in the Theater Department at Dongguk University, while his younger son, Lee Joon-soo, has been admitted as a freshman to the Theater Department at Chung-Ang University for the 2026 academic year. Lee Joon-soo made headlines last November when he was accepted into Chung-Ang University, Sejong University, and the Seoul Institute of the Arts.
Born in 2003 and 2007, respectively, Lee Tak-soo and Lee Joon-soo gained popularity through the MBC variety show 'Dad! Where Are We Going?' The brothers have grown into tall young men, with Lee Tak-soo standing at 180cm and Lee Joon-soo at 194cm, capturing public attention with their impressive statures.
