Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan Opens Up About YouTube Comments and His Fans

Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan candidly shared his thoughts while reading YouTube comments.

On the 23rd, a video titled 'What's Up with Heo Kyung-hwan's YouTube Comments..? Reading Comments and Butter Rice Cake!' was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Curious Heo Kyung-hwan.'

In the video, Heo expressed, "I'm so happy these days," adding, "Thanks to those who prepare such hot foods and create content with me, I'm enjoying filming."

Heo read the comments himself, carefully observing viewer reactions. When asked, "Stop building up and call Yoo Jae-suk. He'll answer," Heo admitted, "I can't call yet. I do get calls these days, but I'm afraid I'll say something unnecessary."

He added, "When I get a call, it's like, 'Kyung-hwan, where are you? Going to the gym? Where's the gym? Don't go out. Stay inside the apartment.' It's like there's CCTV, the timing is perfect," highlighting the 'Yoo Line' surveillance by Yoo Jae-suk, drawing attention.

Above all, Heo emphasized his affection for his fans. He said, "The comments feel like family," and added, "People say not to worry about celebrities, but my subscribers genuinely worry about me. They encourage me, fearing I might get hurt or feel intimidated. I felt emotional reading the comments," expressing his gratitude.

Not all reactions were positive. Some viewers commented, "This video wasn't fun." In response, Heo candidly stated, "Such comments actually motivate me. It means they came to see me positively but were disappointed, so I feel I need to do better."

Meanwhile, Heo Kyung-hwan recently joined MBC's variety show 'Hangout with Yoo' as a regular member and was selected as the model for Ottogi Jin Bibim-myeon, following Yoo Jae-suk, proving his popularity in the entertainment industry.
