On October 19, Sung shared on his social media, "I didn't even use the hour of walking and running cardio at night. During filming, I worked out three times a day," along with several photos.

The photos revealed Sung's weight loss journey, showcasing his transformation. He surprised fans by revealing he lost 9kg in two months, stating, "For the first month, I mostly ate eggs, sweet potatoes, flatfish sashimi, and supplements."

Sung also opened up about his motivation for losing weight, saying, "I've lived too long as a chubby guy. At my age and weight, being a cosmetics model felt shameless. I saw it as a good opportunity and decided to give it a try." He added, "People worry if I'm sick, but I was the one who was unwell before. Now that I've finally reached a normal weight, I'll manage my body and mind better."
