Actor Lee Jang-woo Addresses Allegations of Unpaid Food Supply Fees
Actor Lee Jang-woo's agency has clarified allegations regarding unpaid food supply fees.

On the 17th, Hunus Entertainment, Lee Jang-woo's agency, released an official statement saying, "Hoseokchon has already paid the full supply fee to its contractual partner, Mujin Co., Ltd. The issue arose when Mujin failed to pay Company A. There is no direct contractual relationship between Company A and Hoseokchon or actor Lee Jang-woo, and reports suggesting that Lee Jang-woo did not pay the fees are not true."

The agency further stated, "Additionally, the claim in some reports that 'Mujin was the owner of Hoseokchon' is also false. Mujin has never held shares in Hoseokchon, and actor Lee Jang-woo has no connection with Mujin." However, the agency acknowledged, "We feel a moral responsibility for not thoroughly monitoring the intermediary company's performance in this transaction structure."

Earlier that day, a media outlet alleged that a restaurant, reportedly operated by Lee Jang-woo, failed to pay for pork offal supplies, causing harm to livestock farmers.
