Mina's Sister-in-Law, Park Soo-ji, Shares Her Diet Journey After Weight Regain
On October 15, Park Soo-ji shared a video on her Instagram, captioned, "I really enjoy Greek yogurt in the morning." The video shows her enjoying Greek yogurt as part of her breakfast.
To balance nutrition, adding blueberries or nuts can be beneficial. Blueberries provide dietary fiber that aids in blood sugar regulation, while nuts supply healthy fats that enhance satiety.
When selecting Greek yogurt, opting for unsweetened varieties is advantageous as lower sugar content helps maintain stable insulin levels. Nutritionist Sarah Parrish advises, "Choose Greek yogurt with sugar content not exceeding 5-8g and ensure it contains ample probiotics for a healthier consumption."
Park Soo-ji, known as the sister-in-law of singer Mina, previously reduced her weight from 148kg to 78kg but later experienced a weight regain to 108kg.
