Actress Lee Hae-in Opens Up About Challenges as a Building Owner

Actress Lee Hae-in has shared her experiences as a building owner.

On the 15th, she revealed on her account, "I bought a building, but the monthly interest is 12 million KRW. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be this much. Currently, only half of the spaces are rented out, and the monthly rent is 6 million KRW."

She added, "But right now, only half of the spaces are occupied. The monthly rent is 6 million KRW, so I have to pay 6 million KRW every month. There are currently six vacant units."

Previously, Lee Hae-in disclosed that she took out a loan of 3.2 billion KRW to purchase the building. She stated, "The reality of a 4 billion KRW building. A 3.2 billion KRW loan. My hands were shaking the day I signed the contract. I can't sleep at night calculating the interest. Still, I will trust my choice. Please support me as a livelihood-type building owner."
