YouTuber and broadcaster Lalal has candidly shared her experiences with ADHD and postpartum depression.

On September 30, Lalal uploaded a video titled 'What Happens When You Stop Taking ADHD Medication' on her YouTube channel 'Lalalralral'.

In the video, Lalal revealed, "It's been three months since I stopped taking ADHD medication." She explained, "I started taking it because I was worried it might affect my daughter." She added, "These days, many people have ADHD and take medication for it. Students often take it to improve concentration, and there's even a trend of 'fashion ADHD'. People seem to view it lightly and humorously."

Lalal discussed adult ADHD, stating, "It continues from childhood. I've often been told I'm chaotic and distracted. It's hard to consistently do something, and even small tasks are challenging. As an adult, this can lead to feelings of depression. Sometimes, I speak rudely without thinking, and maintaining relationships is difficult."

She also opened up about her postpartum depression. Lalal confessed, "I worked three jobs without rest even during late pregnancy. When my child got sick amidst my busy schedule, I felt it was all my fault and it was tough. I took medication for postpartum depression and got tested at a psychiatric clinic, where I was diagnosed with ADHD."

Lalal admitted to relying on alcohol daily. She shared, "For two years after giving birth, I drank almost every day. It was because I couldn't cope. Drinking raised my dopamine levels, and I became dependent on it."

Currently, her symptoms have significantly improved. Lalal stated, "Now, I hardly drink and my anxiety has decreased."
