Meanwhile, the couple Lee Byung-hun and Lee Min-jung reportedly purchased a building in Seoul's Seongdong-gu, Oksu-dong, through their corporation 'Project B' for 23.99 billion KRW, with a debt amount of 19 billion KRW. The building, acquired by Lee Byung-hun, has a land area of 732㎡ and a total floor area of 2494.76㎡, spanning from two basement levels to six above-ground floors.

Additionally, Lee Byung-hun bought a building in Yeongdeungpo-gu in 2018 for 26 billion KRW and sold it three years later for 36.8 billion KRW, making a profit of 10.6 billion KRW. It is reported that he earned approximately 1.2 billion KRW annually in rental income until the sale.
