Korean Actress Sunwoo Yong-yeo Mentions Comedian Lee Hwi-jae, Sparking Interest

Korean actress Sunwoo Yong-yeo has recently caught attention by mentioning comedian Lee Hwi-jae.

On the YouTube channel 'Sunpung Sunwoo Yong-yeo', a video titled '82-year-old Sunwoo Yong-yeo's Top 20 Recommended Foods from Gangnam Shinsegae (+10-Year Regular Hair Salon Revealed)' was released on the 4th. In the video, Sunwoo Yong-yeo visits her regular hair salon located in Gangnam.

Sunwoo Yong-yeo explained, "It's important to stick to one salon and work with the same stylist to understand my style and cut my hair well. I searched extensively to find a good salon."

Notably, Sunwoo Yong-yeo mentioned that she was introduced to this salon by comedian Lee Hwi-jae, which drew attention. She added that the price for a women's haircut at the premium salon she has frequented for 10 years is 300,000 won.

Following the release of the video, netizens expressed both envy and surprise, commenting, "It's nice to have a lot of money in old age," and "How can a haircut cost 300,000 won?"

Previously, Lee Hwi-jae faced several controversies, including his wife Moon Jeong-won's toy theft and noise complaints, leading him to halt his activities and move to Canada in 2022. Lee Hwi-jae disappeared from the Korean entertainment scene after the conclusion of the MBN variety show 'Battle in the Box' in January 2022.

Meanwhile, on March 3rd, Lee Hwi-jae's wife Moon Jeong-won shared an update on her social media, posting a message saying, "It's already March, 2026," along with photos of their two sons, garnering attention.
