Actress Koo Hye-sun Earns KAIST Master's Degree and Promotes Her Invention

Actress Koo Hye-sun has recently obtained her master's degree from KAIST, drawing attention by promoting her self-invented hair roller.

On the 4th, Koo Hye-sun shared a photo of her KAIST diploma on her social media, accompanied by the caption "Thank you."

The diploma states that she has completed the master's program in Science Journalism at the Graduate School of Future Strategy at KAIST and has been awarded the degree of Master of Engineering.

Previously, Koo graduated at the top of her class from Sungkyunkwan University and was accepted into KAIST's graduate program in 2024. She managed to graduate early, completing her studies in just a year and a half. On the day of the ceremony, she shared a photo of herself wearing a graduation cap and also promoted her patented hair roller, 'KuRoll,' which is sold for 13,000 KRW each. The product was recognized as an Excellent Patent Award winner last year.

In other news, Koo Hye-sun publicly announced her relationship with actor Ahn Jae-hyun, whom she met on the set of the 2015 KBS drama 'Blood.' The couple married a year later but divorced in 2020 after three years of marriage. Their divorce process was highly publicized due to significant differences and conflicts.
