Korean TV personality Jang Young-ran recently staged a mock funeral, setting her hypothetical death date as 'February 11, 2026'. Her husband, Han Chang, participated by holding a photo of the 'deceased', creating an unexpectedly light-hearted atmosphere.

On the 25th, Jang Young-ran's YouTube channel 'A-Class Jang Young-ran' uploaded a video titled 'What Would Be the Shocking Reaction of My Kids If Mom Jang Young-ran Suddenly Died?'.

In the video, Jang Young-ran, accompanied by her daughter Ji-woo, a first-year middle school student, and her son Jun-woo, a sixth-grade elementary student, embarked on a 'death experience'.

Without prior information, the children arrived at the location, where Jang explained, "Death is very scary. After losing my father, I wanted my kids to experience this at least once."

When she asked, "If today were your last day, what would you regret the most?", her son Jun-woo humorously replied, "I need to buy mom a helicopter and diamonds...", causing laughter on set. Meanwhile, daughter Ji-woo calmly responded, "I would regret parting with family."

Jang then read aloud a will, marking her fictional death date as 'February 11, 2026'.

Addressing her husband Han Chang, she said, "Thank you for living with me. I was happy, laughing a lot and doing everything I wanted. I'll go first. Don't be too sad, and please raise the kids well. If you feel lonely, have a drink with friends and meet new people."

As she read, Jang shed tears. She also apologized to her children, saying, "I'm sorry I won't see your weddings, hold your hands on dates, or keep my promise to help raise your kids. But remember, mom is always in your heart, so live confidently and brightly."

The next part involved Han Chang carrying a portrait and walking around the 'funeral hall', with Jang following in funeral attire. Contrary to expectations of solemnity, awkward laughter filled the room.

Han Chang candidly expressed, "Why am I laughing when I think Jang Young-ran is dead?" The children, instead of crying, appeared puzzled, asking, "Mom, is this a play?", creating a contrasting atmosphere.

In conclusion, Jang emphasized, "Whether the kids cry or not, I think such an experience is important. No one knows if tomorrow will come or if my life will end first. That's why we must live well."
