T-ara's Hyomin Touches Hearts by Visiting a Fan Battling Illness

Hyomin, formerly of the group T-ara, recently shared a touching update about meeting a fan who is battling illness.

On the 17th, Hyomin posted several photos on her social media, along with a heartfelt message: "Thanks to an angelic social worker, I was able to meet Kyumin, a precious connection." The photos show Hyomin visiting a pediatric ward, meeting a fan bedridden, and delivering a signed T-ara album.

Hyomin also shared a screenshot of an email from a social worker explaining the reason for her visit. The social worker wrote, "There is a big fan of T-ara in the ward who has learned all of T-ara's music and choreography. Even after falling ill, watching old T-ara performances repeatedly has been a great comfort and joy for this friend." The social worker continued, "The child's birthday is March 31st, but due to medical conditions, they are unable to leave the hospital room and are feeling frustrated. We wanted to prepare a small birthday gift that could be a source of strength, and we were wondering if Hyomin could send a short video message of encouragement."

In response, Hyomin visited the hospital with a homemade kumquat cake to comfort the fan. She said, "After meeting and talking with them face-to-face, I wanted to share a bit more of my heart." She added, "I also donated the entire appearance fee from my recent show 'Pyeonstorang' to the hospital."

Hyomin reflected, "I went to offer encouragement, but I ended up receiving greater comfort and strength myself. I will continue my work with a stronger heart. I also send my respect to the pediatric medical staff and social workers who always stand by the children."

Meanwhile, Hyomin married a financial expert 10 years her senior last April. The couple has since moved into a luxurious apartment in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, valued at around 10 billion won, drawing attention.
