(G)I-DLE's Miyeon Purchases Luxury Apartment in Seoul with Cash

(G)I-DLE's Miyeon has reportedly purchased a luxury apartment in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, entirely with cash.

According to a media outlet on the 20th, Miyeon bought a 135㎡ (17th floor) unit in Yongsan Central Park, located in Hangang-ro 3-ga, Yongsan-gu, for 5.05 billion KRW (approximately $4.3 million) on the 3rd of this month. She completed the payment and transferred ownership on the 12th. The absence of a mortgage on the registry suggests that the transaction was made without any bank loans, entirely in cash.

Yongsan Central Park is a residential complex completed in 2017. It is conveniently located near Yongsan Station, which is served by subway lines 1 and 4, as well as the KTX. The complex features five buildings, with a maximum height of 43 floors, and includes a total of 1,140 units combining apartments, officetels, and commercial facilities. Residents can enjoy views of both the Han River and Yongsan Park.
