Comedian Kim Soo-yong Hospitalized After Losing Consciousness During Filming

Renowned comedian Kim Soo-yong reportedly lost consciousness during a filming session and is currently recovering in a hospital.

On the 16th, Kim's representatives stated, "On the afternoon of the 13th, while filming YouTube content in Gapyeong County, Gyeonggi Province, Kim collapsed and was transported to a nearby hospital emergency room by fire rescue services."

They further explained, "He has since regained consciousness and is currently resting to recover his health. We are conducting detailed examinations to determine the exact cause."

Kim Soo-yong began his career in the entertainment industry after winning at the 1st KBS College Comedy Festival in 1991. He is a peer of Nam Hee-seok, Ji Seok-jin, and Kim Yong-man, having entered through the 7th KBS open recruitment. Recently, he has been actively engaging with audiences through his YouTube channel 'Jo Dong Ari.'
