Song Kang Reunites with Fans at Sold-Out Seoul Fan Meeting

Actor Song Kang finally reunited with his fans after a long wait.

On the 8th, Song Kang held the '2025 SONG KANG FANMEETING IN SEOUL' at the Centennial Hall of Yonsei University. This event marked his first domestic fan meeting since his military discharge, and tickets sold out immediately, showcasing the immense interest from fans.

Song Kang opened the event with a striking visual performance, followed by a rendition of Delispice's 'Confession.' He expressed his excitement, saying, “I missed you all so much. I prepared with all my heart, and since it's been two years, I thought about how I should approach this. I decided to come with the one thought of really wanting to see you, and now that I'm here, I'm so nervous and happy.”

Hosted by Park Kyung-lim, the fan meeting was filled with warm laughter and touching moments, as fans finally met Song Kang after a long wait. The event, themed 'Racing,' included various segments such as 'Start Line Talk' where Song Kang shared updates, 'Speed OX' discussing his works, 'Pit Stop Zone' games with fans, and 'Fan Rally' where he answered fan questions and messages.

Song Kang also personally handed out signed posters to fans from the second to the first floor, receiving enthusiastic cheers. Additionally, his performances of Yoon Sang's 'Running' and Nerd Connection's 'Good Night, Good Dream' captivated the audience.

In response to Song Kang's heartfelt gestures, fans prepared a surprise event with a slogan reading 'Ready to race again with Kang' and a filmography cake to celebrate the start of the second round, showering him with support and love.

As the event concluded, Song Kang shared, “I was so nervous at first, but talking and playing games with you all was so fun and enjoyable. Meeting Songpyeon (Song Kang's fan club name) before returning to my main work gave me a lot of strength and gratitude. I'm always thankful.” He added, “Thanks to Songpyeon, I was able to work really hard, and as I always say, I hope to be that kind of presence for you all. Thank you so much.” He bid farewell to each fan during the 'Hi Bye Event,' leaving a warm impression and promising to meet again.

Meanwhile, after successfully completing his fan meeting in Shanghai on the 1st, Song Kang will meet his Japanese fans in Yokohama on the 22nd and 23rd, and in Osaka on the 26th and 27th.
