T-ara's Jiyeon Shares Update Amid Divorce Proceedings

T-ara member Jiyeon recently shared an update with her fans.

On October 6, Jiyeon posted a photo on her Instagram Story with the caption, "Have a great Chuseok holiday."

In the photo, Jiyeon flaunts her striking eyes and timeless beauty. Notably, she opted for a trendy look with hip pants and a tight top instead of traditional Korean attire.

Meanwhile, Jiyeon married baseball player Hwang Jae-gyun in December 2022. However, the couple faced multiple rumors of separation and divorce, eventually divorcing in October last year. Jiyeon stated, "We have mutually agreed to proceed with divorce mediation."

Jiyeon's legal representative, Attorney Choi Yuna from Taesung Law Firm, explained, "The couple could not overcome their differences and agreed to divorce after a period of separation. They have filed for divorce mediation at the Seoul Family Court." Hwang Jae-gyun also commented, "Due to personality differences, we have decided to divorce after careful consideration and separation. We have already submitted the divorce mediation application to the Seoul Family Court and plan to conclude the process amicably."
